Rosettes Blooming in the Cloud

It's absolutely amazing what you can crochet with perfectly ordinary all-purpose sewing thread.

I had quite a lot of this matching thread left over when I finished the basic sewing of the veil, and decided that what it was missing was most certainly crochet rosettes.

Naturally, I got right to work.

The main sewing on the veil is so close to being complete, with two days to spare.

I'm considering doing some simple floral embroidery in certain areas to give it a special decorative touch.
